  Took the suitcase to repair. Excellent service and the employee did explain everything about the repairs and did it with a smile. Highly recommend it

  Shoutout to the friendly staff (guy) who helped me on a jammed lock on my wife's rimowa salsa air. Was desperate to get it to open and he figured out the lock's code was changed when unlocked and figured out the right code to unlock (just 1 number is off). Kudos ! Thanks for the help. Tip: If you leave yr luggage lock unlock with the 3 digit code, it may be changed without yr knowledge. So always lock it with a random code to avoid unplanned change of code.

  I needed to have the lock replaced on my Trunk Plus, and the handles and feet replaced on my Trunk. Brittany and Ivory over-indexed on exceptional customer service; and the team was genuinely thoughtful and dedicated to fixing the issues in a timely manner. I couldn’t endorse the associates at this location more. I always purchase my luggage at the Beverly Hills location because the team is so helpful. Kudos for the customer obsession!!

  ビバリーヒルズ店を利用した数名のコメントを見ているととても不安です。私のリモアは空港で引き取った時に既にタイヤが無くなったため修理に来週予約しました。先月もローマの空港で同じようにタイアが取れてしまい、バルセロナで無償修理していただきました。その時は素晴らしい対応と素早い修理で当日クルーズに行くのにため、数時間で修理していただいて本当に助かりました。ビバリーヒルズでも同じ対応をしてくれるのか本当に不安です。また毎回このようにタイヤのビスが欠けてタイヤが取れてしまうなら旅の友に連れて行けないな〜っと思い始めています。多数同じ問題で困っているリモアユーザーがいると思います。何か改善策は考えているのですか？

  Not a fan of this location traveled from Arizona to drop off my bag to get repaired they told me it wouldn’t be covered and that the airline would need to replace my bag. I didn’t want to stand a hour and half in the line for customer service of the airline so I left. I was outside of the 1 week period to make a claim with the airline since I was under the assumption that it would be covered through rimowa. This rimowa location Provided me with a claim sheet, Ended up taking it to a different Rimowa that I usually buy from and got a replacement. Don’t recommend shopping here or coming for replacements or repairs. Between me and my partner we have 8 luggage’s and 2 backpacks from Rimowa the bag I needed repaired was registered on with an older email that none of my other bags are registered under Maybe if they knew how much bags we’ve purchased the treatment would’ve been better.
