  I was in search of a last minute Christmas present, and Leigh helped me track down the perfect gift. She not only provided great customer service over the phone, but in person as well. 12/10 customer service x

  I visited the Ralph Lauren store in Beverly Hills today with the intention of purchasing a cashmere sweater, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely uncomfortable. From the moment we walked in, there was no warm welcome or greeting. The staff came across as cold and unapproachable, which immediately set a negative tone. Throughout our time in the store, we felt stared at in a way that made us feel unwelcome and as if we didn’t belong there. Customer service should make guests feel valued, especially in a luxury retail environment, but that was not the case here. I came in ready to make a purchase and left without buying anything due to how uncomfortable the experience was. This was not the level of service I expected from a brand like Ralph Lauren.

  4 star for the black gentleman who gave us a friendly approached ❣️ I came here with my husband, my toddler and my infant. We saw a children's selection at the display window so we decided to enter and take a look. Upon entering I and my husband got separated and as I was looking for him this gentleman approached me and asked if I need any assistance and told him I was just trying to find my husband and my toddler at the moment. When we reunited we run after him again and he once again offered his assistance, and immediately guessed we were looking for the kid section and pointed us where it was. He was polite , approachable and friendly . No other associate at the store offered their assistance or smile , and so , I really appreciate him. I didn't catch his name but he's a tall black male and he's excepting his first child. I hope new collection will arrive at the store soon esp for Christmas. And we'd like to get his assistance the next time we shop. Thank you, whoever you are and congratulations to your new addition in your family!

  Place is a great store, I love all of their options. Only gripe I have is that my girlfriend and I were feeling attitude from some of the staff until they realized we were actually buying something then their tone totally changed. Never judge a book by its cover.
