  Snobby rude entitled employees who make you wait outside honestly for a mall brand that is dying it shows as you have your heads in the sand like ostriches. You are not worth waiting outside for instead I decided to walk over to Loro Piana next door a actual real high end fashion house and spent my money as they provided a truly beautiful experience and no line required to enter. Prada is the laughing stock of the fashion world they clearly think to highly of themselves when their fashion house is in decline. Worst experience in Beverly Hills please go back to whatever mall you crawled out of & please put another Hermes store in this location.

  Love this store and the products they offer. I own several bags, backpacks, and pairs of shoes, and I’m always impressed by the style and quality. My sales associate is Jeremy, and he’s the best—definitely ask for him.

  The store staff were very arrogant and rude; the customer service was terrible. I understand that there are a lot of people during this time of year, but that doesn't excuse their treatment of customers. These are prestigious stores, and their staff should be trained to provide the best service.
