Thankfully, after having a disappointing experience with the website, I turned to calling the California store. (The New York store was closed for the night.) The two stores in the US are completely separate from the website. I received valuable advice about fit for 3 different styles and was able to decide on the right pair of navy pants. Item was shipped free and arrived across country in less than a week. Besides needing hemmed--something I can easily do locally--they are a perfect fit! Love Marina Rinaldi clothes--definitely real quality.
