  We had the most amazing experience in this store with Josh. Customer Service was just the best I’ve ever received in retail and I’ve worked in retail for almost 20 years. 10/10 would recommend stopping in and getting some gear

  my goodness this must be a hard location to work. looks like the busiest store on the block and it's got a lot of people shopping/asking the same questions. Bless these workers for having to constantly fold their front tables

  Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Lululemon store. The employee who helped me, a tall white man with glasses and a mustache/beard, was rude, condescending, and confrontational from the very first sentence. He arrogantly corrected my pronunciation in a way that felt blatantly racist, not helpful, and acted visibly irritated the entire time. I needed assistance with multiple items. Apparently that was too much effort for him. Is there some policy against customers spending thousands of dollars on your brand? This behavior is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor management. Someone with this attitude should never be in a customer-facing role. I will absolutely not be coming back, and I strongly suggest others avoid this location as well.

  I love this brand, but there is one guy with long hair who works there with such a weird attitude towards customers. He makes this store as a cheap place.

  Personnel super sympa, mais choix un peu limité Le personnel était vraiment agréable et accueillant 😊. En revanche, j’ai été un peu déçu(e) par les articles proposés — je m’attendais à plus de choix. Dommage, car l’expérience en magasin reste positive grâce à l’équipe !
