  My partner owns a collection of these handbags, and I have a wallet, a belt, and other accessories. Whenever we travel, we always visit stores to check out the designs they have in different countries or states. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the store was clean and had a very nice selection.

  It was such a good atmosphere!! Prince, the worker, helped us understand the history of so many cool pieces!! he was so welcoming and introduced us to everything. shout out to Prince !!

  Sarah was the sweetest CA I’ve ever encountered. She helped me with my purchase as I had to order it and have it shipped to my address in NY. Only reason I gave this place four stars is because the other CA did a hot stamp that was crooked. Super bummed about it but hopefully as my piece fills up with more hot stamps it’ll become less noticeable. She was also very nice, just wished she paid more attention to precision and detail.

  I absolutely love coming to this Louis Vuitton. I am sad that they have turned it into a women only store because hubby and I like to kill two birds in one stone. Meaning, we used to go shopping for both ourselves in one stop. It was very convenient for us. But I do still really enjoy this location. It's a very nice and organized store with lots of staff greeting you and asking if you need any help or have any questions. It's a great feeling to be seen and to be catered to. As I enjoy the staff being so eagerly to help, we do always make an appointment with Dirk. He is our go to guy! Whenever we have a question about an item, he's very reachable and very quick to respond. When we meet up for our appointment, he already has the items of interest in hand ready for our review. Dirk always asks us if we need anything to drink and immediately provides when we do. If we are interested in another item, he quickly helps us out. Parking! Parking may seem a bit scary at first, but there is a whole lot across the way where you can self park or valet. There is also some metered street parking, but is always quickly taken.

  Around 2:00 Thursday February 12th a gentleman with a beard was helping a woman with a duffle bag. She was wanting to compare one with another on a high shelf. He went to grab the step latter and hit both my husband and I with the step latter. Scratching my collector sneakers and he didn’t say a word. He looked smug about it. Usually we feel so welcome. And the door greeters were, as usual. But it soured our experience and we were hoping to buy a purse to match my wallet but left instead. He made eye contact with me later as well, making it very clear he was aware what he had done.
