  Me and my fiancée purchased two pairs of shoes here for her wedding dress. We were told it would be ok to take them home to see what would look best for her dress, and then to return the one that she doesn’t want. We did exactly that, she wore them in our bedroom while looking in the mirror and made her decision. The shoes never went anywhere else. I went back to return the shoes within the appropriate return window and they declined stating that the shoes were “worn” and the bottoms were dirty. Linda, the manager of Dior at Saks was the person who made the decision. After speaking to numerous people there who knew about my situation, I found that they agreed that it was the wrong decision on Linda’s part. She still would not help out. I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that are still brand new and will never be worn. I asked to get a refund for the shoes that were never worn, within the appropriate time frame. A very reasonable request. Instead I had to deal with Linda accusing me of wearing these out and getting them dirty. This was a horrible experience and I would tell everyone to stay away from here. If you plan to buy Dior I would go to the actual store, not a boutique in Saks. I will say that Carlos and Tim were both very helpful and nice. Linda however, I would recommend avoiding as she will smile at you while she knowingly screws you over.
