  I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. If retailers claim that brick-and-mortar shopping is dying, it is because of low-effort sales associates like those I encountered. I walked in without an appointment and was met by a female associate who never gave her name, she simply asked what I needed. I explained what I was interested in and she brought one option out. While I liked it, I clarified that I wanted the version with pearls on the ends. She responded snarkily, “So, not this bracelet?” and acted as if retrieving another piece was a major inconvenience. She returned with the correct bracelet, but it was not my size. Despite this, she pushed me to buy the larger size that was available, which felt more like a sales push than genuine service. I explained that I preferred to wait and order the smaller size. She insisted I pay for the bracelet upfront, which was surprising. At other luxury stores, I have always paid once the ordered item arrives and I can see it in person. Still, we paid, and she said she would contact me when it arrived, but she never did. Five days later, I received an automated email that my bracelet had arrived, so I returned to the store. While it was busy, a friendly bald gentleman acknowledged me and checked in more than once. He was kind and professional, and I genuinely wish he had been the one to assist me. Instead, a different woman helped me. She asked for my ID, and while I was retrieving it from my purse, she walked away. I sat back down and waited for her to return. When she could not find my order, she repeatedly asked for the name of the associate who sold it to me, which I had already explained I did not know. Eventually, she discovered my last name had been entered incorrectly in their system, but she did not update it and instead simply got up and left. When she returned, she handed me the bracelet and commented that the associate who sold it to me previously was named Dani. She then took the bracelet away and returned with it already bagged, without presenting it in its box or reviewing it with me, which I believe is standard practice at luxury jewelry stores. The entire interaction felt rushed and careless, likely because she did not make the sale herself. Sales associates used to build relationships through warmth and professionalism. Unfortunately, the staff here seemed uninterested and unhelpful, making both visits unenjoyable. I truly hope the store considers investing in friendlier, more engaged staff who better reflect the level of the brand.

  David Yurman is my absolute favorite jewelry brand. All of my iconic statement pieces are from DY. I have personally had the best experience at the Beverly Hills DY. Claudia, the elite sales associate, helped me find the perfect STAR OF DAVID ✡️✡️ necklace after I lost my old one in the Malibu wildfires. She was kind enough to go through all of the STAR OF DAVID’s they had in the store to find the perfect fit for me. She is also such a sweet, pure, kind soul. If you are looking for any iconic statement pieces from DY, go to the Beverly Hills location and shop with Claudia. She truly is one of the best. And every sales associate and manager at the Beverly Hills DY location is so kind & helpful. I cannot recommend it enough!!

  I love DY. I had received a gift for my birthday and Saul assisted me over a couple days, helping me to pick the right color and size I needed. I’m so happy with my choice and thankful for his help in making the exchange smooth.
