Not sure why such a simple procedure would take so long. I’ll be ordering from Neiman Marcus in the future

She told me the shoe was available to order and I’m waiting for 30 minutes, comes to find out the shoe was not available. She was arranging the shoes on display and I was the only person in the store. I was going to buy more shoes but was turned off by her poor customer service.
