  Is arrogance or superiority the concept of this store? I’m honestly shocked by the attitude of the staff. Customers come here ready to spend thousands, even tens of thousands of dollars, yet are treated with arrogance and indifference. For a luxury brand like Chanel, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The staff act as if helping customers is a burden. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a luxury store. Very disappointing, Chanel.

  Every time I come to this store, the staff have never been friendly even once. I came here today because my bag needs repair, but I was left sitting for more than 20 minutes. Even when I tried to call someone, nobody responded and I was completely ignored. No one explained anything to me. There were at least five employees standing around doing nothing, yet no one helped me. I honestly cannot believe that after purchasing such an expensive bag, this is the kind of service I receive. It’s extremely disappointing and it has completely turned me off from this brand. I will not buy Chanel again. And to the staff here — do you think you are Chanel? Get your act together. I called the blonde, short-haired older lady several times, but she never responded and completely ignored me. I honestly don’t know if she couldn’t hear me or if she was just choosing to ignore a customer, but that kind of attitude is unacceptable.

  Laughably rude, pretentious and inefficient. I understand it’s Rodeo, but it is a store, not a nightclub and there were employees standing sharing gum and looking at videos while telling guests to wait 30+ minutes to even browse. Then the door was jammed upon exiting (real luxurious) and the security guard acted like I was disturbing him trying to open the door. Truly the weirdest “shopping” experience I’ve ever had.

  Adam sandlers daughter was right. I walked over from my house in workout clothes to buy myself a bag for my bday. Gentleman says it’s 30 minute wait even though no one was in line I said no worries just wanted to get a bag for my bday and alll of the sudden they can accommodate me. Embarrassing behavior.

  Very bad customer experience. We waited 30 minutes before being admitted. You only get 10 minutes with an advisor, and my advisor, named Sierra, didn't know a single thing. I checked out some wallets and asked her for a white color. She replied right away that there was no white in store. But the white ones are literally hung on the wall! I had to tell her that they were there. Then, she yawned a lot of times while serving us, and she didnt bother to hide that. Would never ever come back
