- LRLocal ResidentDec 7, 20251.0Not impressed. Almost every piece was the same snake design. Asian service girl did not provide respectful or helpful service. Bouncer at door did not give a friendly goodbye. There is a definite "are you good enough to shop her vibe" which is funny coming from low paid service staff. I can afford it and I expect the highest level of service like I provide in my own work. They told us they dont sell engagement rings anymore because they couldnt compete in that industry. Maybe its because you cant train your staff on basic service skills that you are struggling.

They needed to go back & forth, and consequently, the resizing took almost 1 year. I had to visit the shop too in order to confirm. I have been waiting for long time, thus me and wife could not wear the ring during that time. We missed several events to show the ring such as celebration events or photo opportunity. It has been disheartening to experience the frustration we have experienced.
