  Tried to arrange to see Tony and finally he answered the phone and agreed to an appointment. I had to come a long distance to see him, so it was important that he verified he would be there. Well guess what…after a 2 hour drive he didn’t show up at the agreed time waited 20 mins call both phones and no answer no call back, no apology, or explanation-never again!

  Customer service... Top tier. From the first call, the staff was kind and when I came in, they were even kinder. I knew nothing about reselling jewelry but Nikki was thorough in her explanation and took her time explaining how the process worked. In such a short time she made me feel comfortable doing business there. I came to sell jewelry but I ended leaving with a gorgeous pearl bracelet! They've found a new customer in me!

  I have posted a discription of my experience on yelp. I believe j was hustled and scamed. He has a full scenerio for his scam He even.after several distractions did pricing with my friend where i could not see or hear. She had no idea he was serious then came to my side .i felt intimidated i could barely.barter i believe He may have paid me less than the price for the gold after a speech he pays gold and some for jewelry.stupid people go to gold sttore as well as practically drolling over bracelot when looked at it. Have me impression would pay more than i expected. No receipt . contacted him. But no reply. A. Traumatizing experience. I still have deep regret.hustled
