  Starting 2026 with customer service recognition. Thank you Jom 🌟from CS support for quick response and attentive resolution to my email about an item I purchased. Appreciate You 🫶 The concept “that the customer is always right” is held strong in American business culture but to a point in modern day America as ‘entitlement’. And of course, as customers ‘we want what we paid for’. Just keep in mind our positive approach, mindfulness of one another and respect can have ‘inspiring’ results. Happy New Year Alo

  “When you buy an item with a 30% discount and try to exchange it, they don’t honor the discount — even though their online policy doesn’t mention this. Their customer service deserves zero stars.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The BEST Alo Store Experience — Truly Next Level! This Alo location is, without question, my absolute favorite, and it is entirely due to the extraordinary level of customer service. The entire team is passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to creating an exceptional experience every time you walk through the door. From the moment I enter, I feel like a true A-lister. The energy, the attentiveness, and the warmth all make it feel as though I am walking into a celebrity event where I am on the VIP guest list. Their greeting me by name added a level of personalization that is exceptionally rare and made me feel genuinely valued. Their service consistently goes above and beyond. The care, effort, and enthusiasm that they put into every interaction are unmatched. It is rare to find a team that truly loves what they do and makes every guest feel celebrated. Even though I live in Beverly Hills, I asked the team for a restaurant recommendation, and they provided an exceptional suggestion that was absolutely outstanding. The experience was so impressive that I returned to the store specifically to thank them in person. A special acknowledgement to Parker, whom I believe is the manager (and if he is not, he absolutely should be). His professionalism, kindness, and dedication elevate the entire store experience. He is truly outstanding. If you want to feel welcomed, appreciated, and treated like royalty, this is the Alo store you must shop at. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend it.

  Superbe première expérience ! C’était ma première fois là-bas et j’ai adoré. Nous avons été accueillis avec une boisson et un DJ sur place, super ambiance 🎶🥤. Les vendeurs étaient sympas, souriants et très serviables pour m’aider à trouver les articles que je voulais. Je recommande vivement cette boutique — accueil et expérience au top ! 👌
