Since 1913 Prada has been synonymous with cutting-edge style. His intellectual universe unites concept, structure and image, through codes that go beyond trends. His fashion transcends the product: it is the translation of the conceptual into a universe that becomes a point of reference for those who love to experiment, challenging conventions.
Love this store and the products they offer. I own several bags, backpacks, and pairs of shoes, and I’m always impressed by the style and quality. My sales associate is Jeremy, and he’s the best—definitely ask for him.

The store staff were very arrogant and rude; the customer service was terrible. I understand that there are a lot of people during this time of year, but that doesn't excuse their treatment of customers. These are prestigious stores, and their staff should be trained to provide the best service.

Made an in store order on 11/8 and was told it would arrive on on 11/11. Zero communication from the store and rep and had to hunt down the arrival on 11/15. Wrong size was ordered and had to return to exchange. Exchanged on 11/19 and was told new item would arrive in a couple of days. Asked for tracking number and wasn't provided. 11/24 rolls around and order had not arrived. Called store, texted rep, texted manager and no response. Going on 3+ weeks with no order fulfilled, no ETA etc. I could order this online and have it in two days. Target literally has better customer service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I walked into here today on 11/16 with full intent of buying a new wallet. Once me and my friends asked a sales associate inquiring about an item, she didn’t even look up from her phone to acnowledge me. The second sales associate walked away the second I made eye contact from them. No I may not look like I was interested in their items, but I expect respect and decency.

My partner and I went to Prada to purchase a few items and one sales associate, we never got her name but she was not accommodating and was instead annoyed with us. My partner was looking for specific shoes but instead of pulling it up on their computer, she asked us to do it using our phone which was okay, but then I decided to sit down and watched my boyfriend and the associate scan through his phone for the specific shoes we were looking for and then I saw her making faces and rolling her eyes, I brushed it off, until I saw her look at the associate across the room mocking him and judging him and rolling her eyes, the second associate asked “why whatsup” yes I saw everything happen. And so, the girl with my partner continued rolling her eyes, and the other associate approached them and so I had to tell him that we should just shop elsewhere, because of how they were towards us. We were dressed appropriately, nothing with brand names written all over our clothes but oh we have spent on rodeo and we don’t need to dress in loud attires just to be treated properly. We ended up spending in ysl and other stores on the block where we were treated with kindness. Is this how you guys train your associates? Or is it just the associates on rodeo. Learn to treat your customers with respect and kindness, as we do with your employees. We walk in all smiles and even greet you guys but you guys treat us like nothing. The associates are meant to sell, they do not own the shop but they represent your brand. This is not okay. Plus, sorry, they wanna judge how we look? The associates in Prada do not even look polished. We went to Loewe, ysl, and dior and the associates were dressed elegantly. In Prada rodeo, they were dressed as if they worked in Zara. How does that feel to be judged that way? Not good right? Please treat your customers with respect.
