  Went there and right away was looked down upon and treated like trash by this Asian saleswoman who seemed so upset, bothered and disappointed to assist. Where do you find these frowning salespeople? They need to go! I didnt support this place and just left in the end. Such a shock for Cartier, where you would expect top notch service in such places but in the end are greeted by frowning salespeople who are not happy to see you.

  I had a fantastic experience at this store. My sales associate, Marc, was incredibly kind and professional. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions without making me feel rushed. Mark went above and beyond and I left feeling like a valued customer. So happy with the exceptional service and my beautiful piece of jewelry.

  I really just had one of the most beautiful experiences of my life at Cartier Beverly Hills, My customer journey started with Tiffany Savage. She was warm, engaging, and professional, while managing my expectations on the timeline regarding the delivery of love unlimited bracelet in white gold. When delivery day came unfortunately Tiffany was on maternity leave, but I was put in the experienced hands of Masayo and Josh Pulido who orchestrated a presentation for me in the VIP delivery room that encompassed the history of Cartier, trying on other pieces I’m interested in, and finally the delivery of my very special love unlimited bracelet. I’m grinning from ear to ear!
