My experience with Christian at the AP Boutique on Rodeo has been outstanding. He spent a significant amount of time showing me different pieces and helping me think through what truly fits my taste and goals as a collector.
I really appreciated that there was zero pressure—he never steered me toward a specific model and instead focused on making the experience enjoyable and informative. He even took the time to show me some incredible grail pieces to work toward in the future.
I haven’t purchased my first watch yet, but the journey so far has been incredibly engaging and memorable. Christian has made the process something I genuinely look forward to continuing.

I had a truly outstanding experience at the Audemars Piguet boutique in Beverly Hills. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and treated with genuine hospitality by the entire team. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable.
A special thank you to store manager Ari Aflasoglu, whose knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. He took the time to guide me through the collection, answer every question, and ensure that the entire process felt personal and seamless.

I was greeted warmly upon arrival and offered a glass of champagne while browsing, which set a relaxed and welcoming tone.
A special thanks to store manager Ari Aflasoglu, who went above and beyond to make the visit feel personal. He took the time to walk me through different references, brought out several pieces for comparison, and made sure I never felt rushed or pressured.
The purchase process was smooth and professional, and the follow-up phone call the next day was a thoughtful touch that really stood out.

I had a very disappointing experience at the AP store in Beverly Hills. A sales associate named Dilan was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She did not even greet me when I entered the store and instead made me feel uncomfortable by following me around.
When I asked about a watch, her response was completely inappropriate, she told me to shop where I had purchased my other watches from. As a client who has spent a significant amount of money with AP and built a collection, I found that response dismissive, disrespectful, and unacceptable.
For a high-end luxury watch store, customer service should reflect professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Unfortunately, Dilan’s attitude did the opposite. She came across as arrogant and acted as though she owned the store, when in reality she is an employee representing the brand. Her demeanor was completely unfit for the level of service one expects from a luxury boutique.
