  Olive was so great, kind and helpful and really fun to talk to. The pictures that I framed came out great and it was a quick and easy process. Definitely recommend getting pictures framed here!

  Olive did an incredible job helping us to select frames for two prints. In both cases, we ended up going with her very first suggestions—she has a great eye, and was very responsive to what we were looking for. We will absolutely return with additional pieces anytime we need framing!

  I had a great experience getting two paintings framed here. They were painted by my husband’s grandfather so we wanted to make sure they would be handled with care and they were. We went in person to pick out the frames and matting and the staff was very helpful. We were able to see a mock-up of what the frames would look like before placing the order. They were ready for pick-up in a few weeks and they look great.

  A welcome addition to Fourth Street! Loved working with Madi. She was unbelievably patient, helpful, personable, and kind. She was a pro navigating my decision fatigue and recognizing nonverbal signs for when to redirect. Pretty impressive! What a difference it made to come into a store for a tactile experience. Now having seen all the mat and frame samples in front of me, I'm not sure I can rely completely on the Framebridge website's preview generator. Also appreciated being able to ship to the store for quality checks before pick up. Madi sent one of my frames back, on her own, because the 3D piece needed more reinforcements and I requested a frame to be sent back because of a gap in one of the frame corners. A minor pain to have to re-box a frame to ship back on your own, but such a weight off the shoulders to outsource when needing to juggle so many other things happening in life. I do wish that they had some more cooler toned mats available as most seemed to lean warm.
