  Only reason it isn't one star is their products are really good. They need self checkouts here the experience of having to deal with their staff leaves you needing a few hard drinks.

  Today I had a very disappointing experience at this store location. When we went to pay, the cashier asked if we needed a bag. I said no, and he looked at my partner and said, "Oh, so you're the bag?" We were surprised by the comment but tried to ignore it. Then, when it was time to pay, my partner tapped his phone. The cashier laughed and said, "Oh, so you're the wallet too?" in a mocking tone. What may have been intended as a joke came across as rude, unprofessional, and insulting. We came in expecting friendly customer service, not to be mocked by an employee. This interaction made us feel uncomfortable and left a very negative impression of the store.

  Extremely disappointing experience at American Eagle, Park Royal West Vancouver. An item was displayed with 60% OFF signs on all four sides of the rack — clearly and repeatedly advertised. This was not a minor mistake or one misplaced sign. When we took the item to purchase, a staff member (possibly the manager) suddenly claimed, “Sorry, this is not 60% off,” and then immediately began removing all the sale signs from the display. That’s not acceptable customer service. If a product is surrounded by multiple sale signs, customers have every reason to trust the advertised pricing. Instead of honoring the promotion, apologizing properly, or offering any customer-focused solution, they simply removed the evidence after being questioned. Whether this was poor management, careless advertising, or misleading pricing, the way it was handled was unprofessional and frustrating. Customers shouldn’t have to argue over clearly displayed sale signs. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from a major retail brand.

  The sales associate are very attentive to helping pick clothes that are comfortable and beautiful, if like me you need a little guidance...great to know shopping doesn't have to be an anxious time in this store! Thank you for the amazing service!
