Stopped by aerie over the weekend with some friends and have never had a more friendly experience in a store. The associate Selin was so kind and accommodating to our needs she helped us to find everything we were looking for and more. Truly amazing customer service at this store would recommend this location to anyone who wants to brighten their day will definitely be back!

My experiences with Aerie Park Royal have been incredibly upsetting and disappointing. The first time I visited the store, Kath and other associates raised their voices at my two-year-old daughter and told her not to touch the clothing. She became so upset that she started crying in the store, and even after we got home she continued talking about it because it had clearly affected her. No parent wants to see their child treated that way. Since then, I have repeatedly felt unwelcome whenever I have interacted with this store. The staff have given me and my sisters rude attitudes for no apparent reason, making us feel uncomfortable and singled out. What makes the situation even more confusing is that the last time I was in the store, Kath was running after me to congratulate me on my new baby and was acting very friendly. This was after I had previously made a customer service complaint regarding my experience. Because of that interaction, I believed any issues had been resolved. Today, after not having been in the store for approximately two months, I called simply to ask about the availability of an item. Kath put me on hold and then came back and told me that I was not going to be helped. She also told me that if I came into the store, she would "escort" me and my babies out. I was absolutely shocked. I have never been given any explanation for this treatment, nor have I done anything that would justify being spoken to this way. Being told over the phone that I would not be helped and that I would be escorted out of the store with my children is humiliating, confusing, and deeply upsetting. I genuinely do not understand why I am being treated this way, and I do not understand why my sisters have also been subjected to rude treatment from staff. As a customer and a mother, I expect to be treated with basic respect and dignity. Instead, I have been left feeling unwelcome and unfairly targeted. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, reviews these interactions, and addresses the behavior that has made me and my family feel so uncomfortable I also have phone recordings. I also intend to share my experience on my social media platforms so that others are aware of how I was treated and in the hope that this matter receives proper attention and resolution.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Park Royal Aerie location. This was one of the worst shopping experiences we have ever had. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and completely unwelcoming from the moment we walk in. We make significant purchases here, yet we are treated with disrespect and made to feel like our business was not valued at all. Overall, I would not recommend shopping at this location based on the multiple negative experiences my family and I have had. It is unfortunate because we genuinely love Aerie’s products and have been loyal customers for years, but the repeated poor treatment and lack of professionalism from the staff at this store have left us extremely disappointed. Until significant improvements are made to the customer service experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
