  They are very unprofessional, i bought a product and after the waiting period just started making excuses. When promised to be called back, they didn’t. When i asked for my refund they first told me i could get a gift card instead. Terrible service.

  I had a great experience picking out a new pair of sunglasses here. One of the staff members (I think his name was Yubin) was super friendly and knew his stuff. I mentioned I was after a specific style with polarized lenses, and he quickly showed me a few solid options that fit exactly what I had in mind. I ended up going with a pair of Oakleys and I’m super happy with them. Overall really smooth and professional service.

  I really appreciated the professional assistance I received to purchase a new pair of sunglasses. A very polite and knoweldgeable young lady was right there to help me when I came in. I told her I was looking for polarized sunglasses with dark lenses and explained the shape and price range. She really knew the product lines and helped me pick out a number of options that met my criteria. I ended up with what I came, very happy. I had an excellent customer experience, thank you.
