  To the owner/manager: I cannot express my gratitude for the service excellence I received this past Thursday, June 25th. I actually didn’t come into the store to buy sunglasses but to ask for directions being a tourist. I was greeted by Mel. I was panicked as I realized I had lost my cell phone in the Mall. There were two young men who were kind and tried to help me as well, but Mel went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me, actually walking me to the entrance where the taxi was waiting for me, lifting my bags up the stairs to reenter the mall, calling the police, providing reassurance and suggestions for locating my phone. At one point she said she was at the end of her shift, but went so far as to give me her phone number saying to call her if there was any other way she could help me. AMAZING! I did eventually locate my cell phone and able to make the ferry home. You have most exceptional staff and when I return to Victoria, I am going to buy a new pair of sunglasses for sure! Or several, even if I don’t need multiple sunglasses 😎

  Bindi helped me find a beautiful pair of sunglasses for myself. She knew exactly my vibe, identified my face shape immediately and made me feel like a queen. She wasn’t pushy and was ready to help with any of my questions. Shout out Bindi I can’t wait to show you how they look :)

  I recently had lenses replaced in two pairs of sunglasses. There was an issue with one pair during the process, but after working through it with Bindiyaben, she made things right and we reached a fair resolution. Thank you to the team for following through and ensuring I left satisfied.
