  Very disappointing customer service experience at this location. After coming out of the fitting room, I tried to ask a female associate a few questions. We clearly made eye contact, and the moment I was about to speak, she turned away and started talking to someone beside her instead. It was rude, dismissive, and honestly hard not to question whether bias played a role in it. Another male associate later helped me, and he was polite and professional. If you work for a brand like lululemon, basic courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum. Keep your attitude in check and acknowledge customers instead of ignoring them!

  The 'security' woman is very annoying ! She starts staring at you soon you enter the mall and keeps looking at you all around while blocking a whole section of the store. I wonder what real purpose she fills ! What would she be able to do in a real theft scenario ?! Besides Lululemon is really struggling to bring out something new and useful. We have been leaving the store empty handed quite often lately, that never happened for many many years !

  Went here yesterday to do a refund unfortunately I wasn’t able to do so. That being said. It wasn’t the fault of the company or business it boiled down to an issue with the form of payment. The new company doesn’t essentially communicate with the merchant so I wasn’t able to get a refund. What I did do made me happy. I exchanged the item that I had and I purchased a pair of beautiful shorts. I’m really pleased with the staff. They are helpful and pleasant to deal with the store is bright. It is clean and organized. They have a good selection of stock for men and women overall I was pleased with how I was treated, and I was also satisfied with the product that I received prices obviously are a little higher than other similar products on the market, but generally speaking I find the quality is pretty good.

  I shop here tons. I was in today shopping for a pair of gym shorts. I was greeted right away by Harish. He was extremely helpful in helping find what I was looking for and even showed me the deals they had online for exactly what I was shopping for. He checked me out online for my online purchase. It was the easiest process for shopping at lululemon. Thank you for your help Harish!
