  This will be the last time I splurge for Lululemon anything. I have always been a very loyal customer and as a professional in the dance community have raved and recommended the local lululemon locations for their excellent customer service. I had two pairs of align pants the both got holes along the seams (very clearly an issue with the design of the pant as it's never happened with my other styles), and when I brought them in to exchange was informed that they no longer offer any kind of quality control promise like they used to when I purchased the pants. I paid the high price tag for these originally because of their lifetime quality control promise and for them to go back on that now, I am furious. They weren't even willing to repair them for me without me paying out of pocket for their seamstress. This business has gone severely downhill, and I will no longer be recommending them to my community. What a extremely disappointing experience, not worth the huge price tag anymore.

  I bought a hoodie for my daughter when I was to check out they didn’t give me a bag and then when I left the store, my receipt dropped. I only had the hoodie for two weeks. I went to go bring it back tags attached unwashed unworn with my bank statement stating the purchase at Lululemon and where it was and what time it was, and the manager of the store would not give me a refund. She gave me a gift card when I clearly stated I did not want a gift card. I wanted it back on my Visa card. Do not recommend and will never be shopping here again

  Very disappointing customer service experience at this location. After coming out of the fitting room, I tried to ask a female associate a few questions. We clearly made eye contact, and the moment I was about to speak, she turned away and started talking to someone beside her instead. It was rude, dismissive, and honestly hard not to question whether bias played a role in it. Another male associate later helped me, and he was polite and professional. If you work for a brand like lululemon, basic courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum. Keep your attitude in check and acknowledge customers instead of ignoring them!

  The 'security' woman is very annoying ! She starts staring at you soon you enter the mall and keeps looking at you all around while blocking a whole section of the store. I wonder what real purpose she fills ! What would she be able to do in a real theft scenario ?! Besides Lululemon is really struggling to bring out something new and useful. We have been leaving the store empty handed quite often lately, that never happened for many many years !
