  ABOVE AND BEYOND! I had such an incredible experience at the Lululemon on Wharf Street in downtown Victoria and wanted to share my appreciation for the amazing team there. I stopped in looking for a white outfit to change into after my wedding dress so I could hit the dance floor at my wedding next weekend. The lovely woman helping me in the fitting room (I am so sorry I did not catch her name!) was fantastic and went above and beyond helping me find different white options and sizes. Everyone in the store was so kind, excited, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect look. While I was chatting about my upcoming wedding, cashier Anna Rose overheard the conversation. When I got to the till, she surprised me by treating me to my new white top as a wedding gift. I was completely blown away by such an unexpected act of kindness and generosity. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this team reminded me how meaningful genuine human kindness can be. Thank you, Anna Rose, and the entire Wharf Street team, for making an already special time in my life even more memorable. I will never forget it.

  Overall, a really good shopping experience. The store is clean, well organized, and has a great selection of products. I was able to find what I was looking for fairly quickly, and the quality of everything is exactly what you’d expect from Lululemon. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured while browsing, which I really appreciated. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that it was quite busy when I went, so getting assistance took a bit longer than expected. Not a huge issue, just something to note if you’re going during peak hours. Otherwise, a solid store and I would definitely shop here again.

  I wanted to share some positive feedback about Nisha at the lululemon store. While I was standing in line, I noticed her helping a guest who was being quite rude and continuously ignoring her while she was trying to assist. Despite that, Nisha remained calm, patient, and professional throughout the interaction. Before that She also helped me during my visit, and I really appreciated her positive attitude, friendly approach, and willingness to help. She made me feel very comfortable asking questions about the clothes and their fits, and she answered everything patiently and professionally.

  Ahhh! So amazing is Sydney & Nadia. I was blessed to meet these wonderful Lulu's! + Another wonderful lovely gentlemen who offered to help. They all helped in so many ways a aI struggle with age changing body that I don't recognize anymore - half my bad - half what aging can do. Sydney was patient kind understanding & lovely. Nadia at check out was dreamy fun & I wished that I could both call these girls "my daughter" and the sweetheart that offer help "my son's weird I know ~ it's just that they are all wonderful young people and sometimes those are hard to find. Lulu Lemon definitely found them! Their energy bursted with care. At checkout I presented a , perhaps 15 to 20 year old gift card, that, No Joke. Worked! Nadia and I were flabbergasted. Nadia perhaps will donate it to the museum of Lulu Lemon Giftcards. It actually is my birthday on Mother's Day. So, it's a double whammy , old & toolate for kids, way too late and I so wish I would of had a chance to have one, LiFE just is going to darn fast! All the more reason to shop at LULU Lemon , have the experience , wear the best & Rock On. Thank you Lulu Lemon Victoria , so glad I ventured here for my Bday! Thank you for your Love!
