Was greeted by Adam and explained that I was looking for a gift for my wife as our 25th anniversary was coming up. Adam was patient with me and all of my questions as I moved between jewelry and watches and back. He helped me arrive at the perfect gift - a Cartier watch. It was a very enjoyable experience which took nearly an hour. I highly recommend Lugaro (Victoria, BC) and the staff, especially Adam.

The sales associate said maybe someone else will help me. The other sales associate decided to help a white women that came in after me. He never acknowledged me or said anything. I was the only Black person in the store. I left without any service.
