  I came into this store about a month ago to place an online order for a boat and tote for pick up at a different location, I only spent about 10 minutes deciding which colour/size bag I was going to get before heading to the counter to order. As I was on vacation in Victoria with my family I was hoping to in and out fairly quickly, however the first two staff members were unable to help me place the order, they did try which I appreciated, but explained that they were both unfamiliar with the online ordering process for the bags, which I did find confusing considering this is such a popular item. I was quite disappointed because I had to wait for the third and only other staff member in the store to finish helping another customer before finally being able to order. It took a total of over 30+ minutes of me waiting and explaining the whole order again for a third time, which was quite frustrating. I can completely understand if the store was busy, however there were maybe only 3-4 other customers in the entire store during this time. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my order or any tracking number. This was my first time buying from LL bean and probably won’t be purchasing again after this experience.

  I've never been in a store where the staff have been less interested in helping you. Every time I've gone to this store, the staff are all at the front doing nothing. Good luck.

  Store was well stocked and nicely put together, but the staff made shopping unpleasant. They were technically helpful and answered questions I had, but they made it obvious that I was wasting their time. I took both a large and a medium sweater to try on and was told to only take the ones I intend to buy. I like LL Bean, but the staff at this location made the experience pretty bad.

  I have to revise my review. Selection never seems to be updated. I understand the challenges in retail right now but nothing new for weeks? No incentive to pop in.The CS is just so indifferent to put it nicely. No one says hi, no asks if you need help, no one at the change rooms. I like browsing on my own but no service at all? I really want to support LLBean and would be sad if it closed but honestly more effort in all areas is needed.
