  Staff wouldn’t accept a return of a pair of shoes that had been purchased 48 hrs prior. Tried to imply that the shoes were worn outside when the condition was in line with the sample shoes within the store. Recommend inspecting any shoes purchased here and cleaning them prior to returning. The manager was indignant and otherwise rude during the whole interaction.

  Terrible customer service and double standards by the manager! I bought a pair of shoes here two days ago. I only tried them on inside the house and never wore them outside. When I brought them back to return, the store manager refused the return, claiming the soles were "dirty." She was extremely rude and dismissive. I literally walked around the store and checked other unsold shoes on the display racks—many of them had dirtier soles than the pair I was trying to return because people try them on all the time! When I pointed this out, the manager rudely argued that there was a "significant difference" between their dirty shoes and mine. It’s clear she only cares about hitting sales numbers and doesn't care at all about customer satisfaction or fair policies. Worst after-sales experience ever. Avoid this location if you expect decent customer service!

  I went there. They said open 10am. They didn't open and didn't take a call. They don't want to sell .

  Terrible customer service. I ordered shoes online from them that were incredibly uncomfortable and hurt my feet, gave me blisters. Then got yelled at by the lady when I tried returning them.
