- MWMorgan WilmshurstMay 26, 20265.0I went in today and was trying on some clothes and I think her name was Lexi working the fitting room was amazing, so attentive, good energy and was so sweet. She gave me her thoughts on the clothes I tired on and was helping my friend and I know that if we wanted to order it online to find out correct size without us even having to ask. She’s a gem!

The cashier ( wearing white sweater) asked if we wanted to donate money, and we selected “no” on the screen. After that, her attitude completely changed. She seemed visibly irritated and ended up tossing the receipts onto the counter instead of handing them to us politely. There was no reason for that kind of behavior. As customers, we should feel comfortable making our own choices without being judged or treated poorly. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary, as if she was doing us a favor by simply doing her job. Customer service matters, and experiences like this really discourage people from coming back. Based on this visit, I would not recommend shopping here. HOWEVER REST OF THE STAFF IS SUPER AMAZING.
