I went in today hoping to exchange a pair of jeans after previously being told by an employee that they could be returned or exchanged at any time as long as they were unwashed and the tags were still attached. Today I was told otherwise, which I understand if that's the policy, but I wish I had been given the correct information from the beginning. The interaction with the employee at the till was poor. I felt like my question was an inconvenience, and after telling me there was nothing she could do, she immediately moved on to helping the next customer without any explanation or attempt to help. Overall, it was a bad customer service experience, and unfortunately I won't be returning.
