  Went in to buy new sandals- off the bat, 2 younger staff memebers were shopping for shoes for themselves not paying attention to customers in the store... I decided to continue to look around and after finding a pair that I liked that happened to have a great price, I took them to the register only to be told that the price that was on them was for "the new stock coming in later next week"... why are you putting out prices for stock you dont even have in stock? Better yet putting it over the other price tag? Or removing the paper from the shelf once caught in the wrong? The worst part is after 3 employees (including an assistant manager) decided that they had to honor it, they entered a memo on my purchas saying "customer was confused about the price". Very rarely shop here but dont know if its worth the headache if this is how staff conducts business.

  Ana helped my husband and I buy new shoes today and I just wanted to let you know how went over and above she went for customer service to both of us. She was wonderful and you should be proud of such a great employee.

  I just had the pleasure at shopping at the shoe company in Vernon, big shout out to Sandeep and Nicole what amazing customer service, good customer service is just so hard to find nowadays, but these two girls were a perfect representation of what a company should be. Their attitude was bubbly and they were happy to help with any needs I had. Just a 10/10 place! Definitely will be returning!!💗

  Shoes were good, lady was way too pushy when I wouldn't leave my email then quite standoff-ish afterwards

  Always a good experience when i shop here. Big rave to shayla! gives wonderful advice when you need to find a good fit for a shoe! always smiling and respectful. 10/10 customer service today!
