I always find some little deal that makes me happy whenever I go there!
It is definitely much better organized and has nicer selection than Kelowna.

Plato’s closet Vernon has great selection and decent prices. I’ve been in several times now as this is one of the only decent second hand places in town. Every time I’ve gone in the staff have been rude, unhelpful and annoyed when I ask for assistance.
The most recent time there was a summer promotion happening and the young girl at the counter not only looked annoyed that I wanted her to ring my clothes up but she did not ask for my number for points, did not mention the promotion despite the poster in front of her at the counter, and didn’t ring the items through as on sale. When I did ask if these items counted as part of the promotion she made a big fuss of being irritated that she now had to start the transaction over and only discounted one of the items.
I could accept that the young staff might not be as accommodating as more experienced sales associates but it’s a shame that this location is now being associated with poor customer service.

Staff at this location are all very attentive and kind. Good range and selection of brands for every age. I'm always impressed by the curated displays (staff picks, themed displays, brand showcases etc). I always have a lot of success with bringing my items in and I almost always find something to purchase too!

Ist and last time there. I had name brand items quite a lot and tgey wwre hardly used . Not sure who looked through them but they kept 3 things 2 of which i had cut the sleeves off . I had lulu stuff and poppy and peonies purses and aduddas shoes etc hardly used . I s rubbed and washed everything. 1 purse alone which was fairly new they kept. 2 shirts and 1 pair if cheaper shoes. It was the reason they had put down for not keeping the other things . They said ripped stains and torn items . There was several items on their racks that were definitely outdated old and yes torn. I think they need to revamp their system or change their reqirements. Not a great experience will never go back or recommend them. Also change your opening scheduked time it says 10 on sundays but it wasnt opened until 11.

I’ve been there a few times now and sold with them twice. The first time I went to buy, the jeans that fit that I liked I didn’t buy because they had a stain on the bum. The shirt I liked had a hole and the sweatshirt I did buy, had pen on it but I didn’t notice until I got it home. Over all disappointing. I didn’t enjoy the first time I sold to them, I felt like I was bothering them. I thought maybe it was a “one off” so I dropped in to sell again and was met with the same weird attitude. The sales clerk started out by telling me what she wasn’t taking and what was wrong with the items I brought, so I assumed they didn’t want any. Then she went on to say they took 10. I didn’t expect them to want all the items but some simple training on starting with the good news and moving to the bad would be better. Their whole business model runs on regular people bringing in their clothes to have you purchase at a low price to resell as you see fit, the BARE MINIMUM you can do is act thankful for the pieces you do take. I wasn’t rude or upset but the vibe is just off in that store. I always feel like I’m walking into the middle of something and I’m a total outsider. Hopefully management takes this seriously and starts a training program for their customer service. I won’t sell with them again, I just felt too judged, like they were bothered, ungrateful and annoyed that I was there.
