  가게에 선물을 사려 들렸습니다. 예약은 하지않았지만 들어갈때 입구에 직원들이 친절하게 인사해주셨고 저를 담당하신분이 너무도 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다. 시원한 물과 맛있는 쵸콜릿도 주셔서 너무감사했습니다. 이름을 제가 물어보지못해서 이름을 올리고싶지만 올릴수가 없네요. 죄송해요. 하지만 너무너무 감사했습니다. 그리고 나갈때도 입구까지 나오셔서 인사해주셔서 또한번 감동을 느꼈습니다. 감사합니다. 다음에 뵐게요. I heard I was going to buy a gift at the store. Although I didn't make a reservation, the staff at the entrance greeted me kindly upon entering, and the person in charge of me responded very kindly. Thank you so much for the cool water and delicious chocolate. I couldn't ask for their name, so I want to list them, but I can't. I'm sorry. But I was so, so grateful.   I stopped by the downtown store today just to browse, but ended up having a wonderful experience thanks to Courtenay. The store had five-flower bracelets in red, white, and grey, which was such a nice surprise. Courtenay was incredibly warm and easy to talk to, and we had a really pleasant conversation. She has a great sense of what suits each customer — with her suggestion, I tried on the white five-flower bracelet, and it turned out to be a perfect match for me. She’s professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, never pushy at all. I’d highly recommend asking for Courtenay if you visit — she truly makes the shopping experience enjoyable 😊
