  Kieran was a fanstasic part of the experience at the store as we were looking for new sunglasses. It was clear that he was not there to just quickly sell a product but help us find sunglasses that genuinely suited us and the style we were looking for. His expertise and enthusiasm made the whole experience an enjoyable one.

  called the store and ask if they can order a specific brand, little bit of a niche brand but i know they carry them in store. i was asked to repeat myself, so i did. i was then asked “one more time, this time in english?” assuming because this is a new location, maybe the associate lacks product knowledge and human decency. considering this location is in vancouver, a city with such high diversity rates, in a country with two official languages, this was highly disappointing to hear. in english, my first language by the way. somethings just can’t be taught.

  I want to thank three amazing employees at this location: Kieran, Helga, and Manager Angela. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and received exceptional customer service. Despite the rush of many customers, I never felt ignored or pressured, and all of my questions about the sunglasses I was considering were answered thoroughly and patiently. Kieran and Helga provided excellent advice on different styles and helped me find options that suited me. Angela was also incredibly helpful, taking the time to address my concerns and clearly explain the store's policies in case the sunglasses didn't work out. The level of professionalism, patience, and friendliness from all three employees made for a fantastic shopping experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for outstanding 5 star customer service. You will be in great hands with Kieran, Helga, and Angela!

  Fantastic store with nice pairs and a solid variety of options. Whole staff was awesome but Diksha was especially wonderful—super patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She welcomed us by her whole heart, loved her way of talking and she was so awesome. Excellent customer service that made all the difference!

  Amazing visit to this new and improved location. Herleen helped me fix my glasses which bent from the side. She is will educated on prescription lenses she provided wonderful advice about thinning and coatings. Much luck to her in her future!
