  Poor service. I always buy sunglasses here, but with my most recent Ray-Bans, a screw came loose just a couple of months after I bought them, and they did not offer any proper solution. I would not come back.

  I visited the Sunglass Hut store just for a casual browse, but thanks to Tavleen’s excellent recommendations, I ended up purchasing two pairs of sunglasses. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Stores need salespeople like Tavleen—she made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and effortless. The store also had a great collection to choose from, as always. Highly recommend this location, and a special thanks to Tavleen for her outstanding customer service!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Sunglass Hut thanks to Haritha. She was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Haritha helped me explore different styles and assisted me in choosing two pairs that I absolutely love. She also took the time to explain how to properly care for my sunglasses, which I really appreciated. Her customer service was outstanding and she genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect shades. The whole experience felt smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Haritha!

  Huge thanks to Joanna, Kelly, and Sanei at Sunglass Hut for such an awesome experience. We bought the Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses plus two other pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses, and they made the whole process easy and genuinely enjoyable. They were super knowledgeable about all the features of the Meta glasses and helped us pick styles that actually suited our faces instead of just trying to sell us something. They answered every question, explained everything clearly, and were patient the entire time. Joanna, Kelly, and Sanei were all so kind, enthusiastic and fun. You can tell they really know their products and care about giving customers a great experience. Honestly some of the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. We left excited about our purchases and will definitely be back.
