  My partner and I have bought a few pairs of glasses from this location. The staff are very friendly and care about quality. I had a few issues with one of my pairs and they were super helpful and always available to help. The manager is always helpful and seems very knowledgeable and willing to help you out (getting a new pair sent to the store). Would highly recommend

  I had an excellent experience at Sunglass Hut on Robson Street. We originally went in to purchase one pair of sunglasses for me, but the great selection, attractive discount, and especially the outstanding service encouraged us to purchase a second pair for my wife as well. Aydin, the Branch Manager, was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, offered honest and knowledgeable advice, and made us feel confident in our choices. I’m extremely happy with my Persol sunglasses, and my wife is very happy with hers too. We truly appreciate the exceptional customer service. Highly recommended—thank you, Aydin!

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at Sunglass Hut. I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at the store last Wednesday/Thursday. Two employees were openly arguing with each other on the sales floor and swearing at one another. One of the employees was speaking Spanish and I believe her name was Ariana; I don’t remember the other employee’s name, but she was wearing glasses. The language and behaviour were completely inappropriate, especially in front of customers. It was honestly shocking to see employees arguing and verbally abusing each other in a public-facing environment instead of maintaining even a basic level of professionalism. I understand that people can have personal conflicts, but customers should never have to witness this kind of behaviour while shopping. It made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable and left a very poor impression of the store. Management should seriously look into what happened and address this kind of conduct. This was easily one of the most unprofessional customer experiences I’ve had.

  Title: Outstanding Service from Satveer & Ayden I had a really great experience at this Sunglass Hut, especially because of Satveer and Ayden. I took quite a bit of time deciding which sunglasses to buy, and Satveer was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. She even showed me pictures of how different sunglasses would look on me because, for some reason, I was having trouble trying them on myself. Ayden was also very helpful. He actually put the sunglasses on himself to help me see how they looked and guided me based on my face shape. Both of them are very experienced, friendly, and genuinely take the time to understand what the customer is looking for. I’ve shopped at other Sunglass Hut locations before, but this was by far one of my best experiences. I actually visited this location twice. Satveer helped me both times. The first time, I was only browsing and wasn’t planning to buy anything, but her excellent service and the way she treated me made me want to come back when I was ready to purchase. Really appreciate the patience, professionalism, and great customer service from Satveer and Ayden. Highly recommend this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I visited the Robson Street location to get my old sunglasses cleaned—a dangerous move for me since I love shopping for new shades! The store was immaculately clean, and the stock was pristine without a single fingerprint anywhere. The staff, Ayden and Arianna, were absolutely lovely, easygoing, and approachable. You know that rare feeling when a store instantly makes you feel welcomed and right at home, even on your first visit? That is exactly how this location feels. While there, I mentioned that my old sunglasses felt too loose. Without hesitation, they offered to take a look to find the issue. Ayden spent careful time using his expertise to adjust them until they fit perfectly—all with zero pressure. When I started browsing and trying on new styles, I found a pair I had been eyeing at another location. Again, there was absolutely no pressure to buy. They truly listened, focused entirely on my needs, and were perfectly fine with me walking away if it wasn't the right time. And guess what? I brought home the pair I had been eyeing...no pressure needed! High quality, excellent service, a pleasure from start to finish. WOW!
