  On June 19, my husband was browsing the clothing section when a male staff member approached us and asked, “What size are you looking for?” in an unfriendly tone. We appreciate staff offering assistance, but the interaction felt unwelcoming and came across as accusatory rather than helpful. A simple greeting or friendly offer of assistance would have made for a much better customer experience.

  Great customer service from head to toe. Matthew in the shoe department is a really patient, really eager to help, and super kind guy! My girlfriend and I were picking shoes for pickleball court and took some time to decide. The cashiers were also helpful to buy the gift cards and applying them to make sure we get the most discount. Great place to visit and shop sports wear!

  ​Shoutout to Avval at Sporting Life! He was super patient and helpful while helping me find new pickleball shoes. He went out of his way to bring out a couple of different options for me to try on and made sure I got the right fit. Amazing customer service, thanks Avval!

  Huge shoutout to Avval and Ram for a wonderful experience at this location! We went around 2 pm yesterday to look for a couple of shoes. Avval was extremely attentive, gave momentary updates, and gave us alternatives to shoes that weren't in stock. We left with 2 pairs. At the counter, we had a price issue which was resolved wonderfully by Ram. She was patient and handled the situation perfectly. Great location and staff!

  Store looks nice but the staff requires more training. A staff in the shoes department didn't appear friendly nor willing to help. It took him 15min in the stock room but still can't find the pair of shoes (I already gave him one of the shoes which was on display), nor similar sizes. But when I approached another staff, not only this person find me the right pair, he also found other sizes for me to try on. This is one of the worst experience. The only reason for 2 stars is because they found the shoes.
