  Kim in shoes is definitely a 5 Star employee. She patiently spent over an hour with my husband trying on new running shoes. She was very knowledgeable and knew all the styles and options that might work. Of course, the last pair was the winner! Thanks Kim!

  I had a great experience at Sporting Life at Oakridge Park! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Everything was well organized, and the facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the staff really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Sporting Life at Oakridge Park to anyone looking for a great place with excellent service and a welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  One of the few stores at new Oakridge Park that's worth visiting. A great selection of high quality garments from top tier brands that have excellent technical performance. Often have excellent promotions. Staff member Addison at this particular Oakridge Park location was extremely helpful and personable, and made one feel welcome. Made my purchase easy and enjoyable to come to the "brick and mortar" store.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Sporting Life. There were multiple mistakes throughout the entire process, from checkout to the racquet stringing service, which felt extremely unprofessional. 1. At checkout, I was told that my payment didn’t go through, so I paid again. A month later, I discovered on my credit card statement that I had actually been charged twice. 2. On the scheduled pickup date, my racquet hadn’t even been strung yet, even though I had told the staff that I had a tennis match the following morning. When I returned two days later, the staff handed me someone else’s racquet because the identification tag attached to the racquet had been mislabeled. After I pointed out that it wasn’t mine, I had to wait again while they searched for my actual racquet. The whole process showed a serious lack of organization and attention to detail. 3. I had a brand-new tennis racquet strung there, and the quality of the stringing job was unacceptable. The string ends were left extremely sharp, and one of them cut my hand badly enough to make it bleed. This should never happen with a professionally strung racquet.

  I recently visited this store to shop for shoes, and unfortunately, my experience in the shoe department was very disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes for assistance, even though there were only a handful of other customers in the section. The employee named Mohammed seemed uninterested in helping, was not welcoming, and didn't make any effort to assist me or answer my questions. Good customer service is an important part of the shopping experience, and this experience fell well below my expectations. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the level of service in the shoe department.
