  Fabio at Ray-Ban provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of as long-standing customers. He took  the time to answer questions and ensure that we came to a solution.  It’s rare to come across service that feels this genuine and attentive. A true 10/10 experience — thank you, Fabio!

  I purchased a Ferrari model sunglasses from the Ray-Ban store at Pacific Centre in Vancouver. Unfortunately, the frame broke after just 6 days of normal use. The store replaced it, but the second pair also broke within about a week with the same issue. While I did receive a refund, I was told I couldn’t repurchase the same model with the original 20% discount and would have to pay full price—even though the issue was clearly due to product quality, not misuse. I was informed by the cashier, Jocelyn, that this decision was made by the manager. Overall, I expected much better quality and customer service from a brand like Ray-Ban. This experience was disappointing, and I recommend being cautious before purchasing from this location.

  Visited today with a friend from out of town, he left with some aviators and I left amazed with the level of customer service. We were helped by Jocelyn who was legit nothing short of amazing. Jocelyn was extremely kind and patient, making sure to help out when needed. She's perfect for dealing with people, knowledgeable, funny while still being professional, and just good people. Thanks for making things simple and helping us out Jocelyn, really means a lot 👑

  Last week I visited them by a new Sunglass, which was not in my plan. I’m a Ray Ban fan, and last 7 years was using my classic wayfarer, but unfortunately I broke it somehow. Leo was so patience to hear my story behind the glass and eventually I ended up buying the same model and same glass, favourite things are relate with emo.
