I made a phone call and even recieved an email stating I could purchase 1 AI product before 31st Dec 2028 for upto the value of $800. When I try to redeem my voucher on Gen3 it won't work. I'm now told I cannot use on Gen3 products. I have been given misleading information and spoked to rudely by a customer service supervisor now. I do not recommend spending your money with this company.

I needed to order my glasses as they didn’t have them in stock and that’s okay, but the customer service rep input my address details wrong and when I tried to correct her she said it’s fine. It was not fine because DHL has now placed my package on a hold and it has become super inconvenient to get my glasses. It would’ve taken her a couple of seconds to fix the address input and now I’ve had to spend hours with DHL customer service to get a hold of my package. Really disappointing!
