  I’m a regular at this location. I’ve always received good service without issue. They handle alternations as well which is a bonus (this is a paid service). Travis is who I see and he always helps pick the right pieces and styles accordingly.

  Nice store but I was ignored by staff for 30 minutes while they approached every other customer in the store but me, despite many of those customers arriving after me. When I was finally assisted, I noticed the sales representative, an Asian male who told me he was the supervisor, was very cold. It was only when he looked down at my handbag, watch, and ring that he completely shifted and seemed apologetic for ignoring me. He even said “let me give you the larger dressing room” as if it was meant to be an apology for the lack of assistance. After, while I was in my dressing room, I was standing right outside my standalone dressing room, probably a foot away, waiting for an item to be brought. A female sales representative, one that had ignored me the entire time, saw me and asked if I was waiting for something. As I said yes, the male Asian supervisor from earlier reappeared with another item I had requested to try on. While I was talking to him, she went inside of my dressing room and I saw her looking at my handbag on the bench. For context, it is a Chanel classic flap. She then comes out of the room, looks me up and down, and asks me in a rude tone if this was my room. Keep in mind I was obviously wearing clothes that I was trying on, and the only other dressing rooms were across the room. It was probably one of the most odd interactions I have ever had. I don’t want to assume that they were judging me on the basis of my appearance and assumed financial position, but in that case it did feel quite odd. I put one of my items on hold and stepped out of the store to go down the street to meet my friend to get her opinion on a sweater I was considering. When I came back, the staff immediately noticed me, helped me, and was very sweet and kind to me. Was a very interesting experience for sure.

  I went for the first time and had a good experience. Beautiful store, with sections divided for each of the RL brands. I went mostly for Double RL men's, would have liked to see more of the season offerings but the selection was still decent. The two male staff were friendly and welcoming, offering to help with sizes and recommendations. I prefer browsing on my own and didn't feel pressure from them. Compared to the two Richmond Polo stores, this one is noticeably a tier above, better decorated and organized.

  Came to the flagship Vancouver shop to pick up an iconic rugby shirt for a gift and was so impressed with the beautiful storefront but even more so with Troy who sets a high standard when it comes to customer service. It’s a dying art when you walk into most shops but Troy made sure it was an excellent experience from start to finish:))) His friendly demeanour and professionalism was an all time high and really made a huge impact. Very accommodating and such a joy to talk to. As for the quality of the rugby shirt its impeccable and perfectly sized to fit for many years to come:))) Highly recommend 🥰

  A beautiful addition to Alberni Street’s luxury fashion scene. The Ralph Lauren store has that timeless, polished aesthetic the brand is known for, with an elegant selection and a very well-presented space. I always appreciate the attention to detail and classic sophistication here. Definitely worth a visit when shopping downtown Vancouver.
