  Great customer service all around. Troy is a wonderful asset to this team and an amazing salesman. I’m new to the city, and I hadn’t yet met anyone as attentive, knowledgeable and friendly as him.

  The store itself is very small. My local Macys (Bellevue) carries more stock. They did have some RRL and purple label, but very small selection and were sold out in a lot of sizes. I expected more for a stand alone store but I guess that’s my fault. The sales associate helping me was very nice upon arrival, but became a little overbearing and territorial of other sales staff which was made the entire experience awkward. When checking out, the person helping me made a simple mistake and called the manager over. Instead of talking to the sales associate first, they assumed I was causing a problem and belittled me though the rest of the transaction. After figuring out the simple misunderstanding there was no acknowledgment or apology. Overall poor experience and cheapening the brand in my opinion.

  I’ve been to a couple retail stores across North America but this location has to be the friendliest and most professional I’ve been to. Both TRAVIS and TROY were so accommodating and kind throughout my entire experience!

  I had an amazing experience at the Ralph Lauren store thanks to Celia! From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to help with everything. Her customer service, patience, and attention to detail were exceptional. She made the whole shopping experience smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so professional and caring. Thank you, Celia, for making the experience memorable — definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had shopping at Ralph Lauren!

  Five stars but truly deserves six. Jasmine and Troy made our entire experience unforgettable. They are the perfect balance of warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their recommendations were incredible. I was close to buying a tan, cashmere jacket, but they guided us to a gorgeous purple Loro Piana coat for my husband and it was the perfect choice. Everything they showed us felt tailored just for us. What made it stand out from everywhere else was them. We were even considering a Dior coat, but Jasmine and Troy made the decision effortless with their taste and honesty. We liked them so much we asked to meet their manager Kyle just to give them a personal shoutout. We will definitely be back and will always ask for them. Highly highly recommend.
