  I visited July 2 (forgetting about the World Cup). The city was packed and it was pouring down rain. I get to their door looking like a drowned rat. The place is gorgeous inside. My initial self consciousness vanished immediately. Fancy without pretense. Warm, friendly people. I was wearing a watch with lumed dial. The gentleman commented on and I took it off and told him to take it in the back and look at it in the dark. My watch nerd statue established, I spent a wonderful hour talking watches. I was handed a Parmigiani that was about 3x out of my price range with a smile and a “I know you’re not gonna buy this, but you really need to feel how the bracelet of this watch feels on your wrist”. If you have normal people budgets they have some amazing Raymond Weil watches that were huge value for money. I came to Vancouver to look at a watch brand that they don’t carry and they knew this. When I left, I was offered an umbrella that I could return at the end of my visit. when I decline that the gentleman smiled and said please make this a stop anytime you come to Vancouver. I had such a great visit that I am embarrassed that I have forgotten their names. These expensive bits of metal are just emotional man jewelry, and the buying process is part of the experience. I am looking for a reason to do business with these folks.

  Last week I had the exceptional pleasure of visiting with Robert and Cory (and other staff) for what ended up being my first purchase of a nice watch. The experience was phenomenal and unlike what I've experienced at some other retailers. Both gentlemen were exceptionally polite, patient, took much time to walk me through the process, features and options, and helped me make the right decision for myself. It was truly what one would expect and hope to experience in this type of situation. Ultimately I made a purchase that I am incredibly happy with and I can say with confidence I will be shopping with Palladio again because of the service I received.

  Cory here put me on the “waitlist” for 3 years and not even offer me any watch from my wishlist. And checking all the reviews in this place looks like a lot of people received their watches. I think it’s Karma that Palladio lost the license to carry Rolex because of the unfair practice. Cory, I hope you read this. You suck

  Tyson was an excellent sales person. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to walk us through different options and give us an excellent overview of available watches. We were very impressed by him.

  Amazing experience with Palladio and more specifically Dorison. From the moment I walked into the store, Dorison made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I was looking for. She was attentive, patient, and took the time to understand what was important to me. What stood out most was how comfortable and relaxed she made the entire experience. She answered all of my questions honestly, offered thoughtful advice, and never made me feel pressured. It’s clear that she takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with her clients. The entire team at Palladio was friendly and professional, but Dorison truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. After trying a few watches, I found exactly what I was looking for thanks to Dorsion’s guidance. It’s rare to receive such a genuine and personalized service. I highly recommend Palladio Jewellers. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful purchase such an enjoyable and special experience.
