Great experience at Michael Kors! The store had a really nice selection and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. They gave us time to look around without constantly pushing for a sale, which I really appreciated. Found exactly what we wanted at a good price. Definitely enjoyed shopping here!

Leila provided excellent customer service, guiding me to the product and arranging the discount. She also supported my return of the online purchase.

I ordered handbag online. I went to pick it up. I used the Howe parking entrance. Parked on c level. I walked up some stairs to get to entrance. Id say the store is small and very clean. Nice setup. I saw some tiny clothes and some shoes. After leaving the area I got lost in the parking area driving around to find the exit. This costs me 15.00 for one hour parking. I won't recommend using this expensive parking.

Be aware of this store when you refund! They charged me instead of credited it and called me to come back to fix. But then because I am US person, the conversion rate was changed in a few hours, I got the credit less than what they charged me! When i addresses it the store manager said she couldn't do anything bc of rate changes. But it bc of their dumb mistake!!! I would never purchase anything from this store.
