  I ordered handbag online. I went to pick it up. I used the Howe parking entrance. Parked on c level. I walked up some stairs to get to entrance. Id say the store is small and very clean. Nice setup. I saw some tiny clothes and some shoes. After leaving the area I got lost in the parking area driving around to find the exit. This costs me 15.00 for one hour parking. I won't recommend using this expensive parking.

  Be aware of this store when you refund! They charged me instead of credited it and called me to come back to fix. But then because I am US person, the conversion rate was changed in a few hours, I got the credit less than what they charged me! When i addresses it the store manager said she couldn't do anything bc of rate changes. But it bc of their dumb mistake!!! I would never purchase anything from this store.

  Second time coming into the store and i get exceptional customer service always! The manager Leila was so kind and patient. She helped us find everything we need.

  The supervisor on Monday evening was so rude. When we raised our concern to her, she just said whatsoever she have to and she walked away. She didn’t listen to us. Even though her expression while speaking was so rude. Never gonna choose this store again . Hopefully she will learn what customer service actually is.
