  I was not planning on leaving a review but after the manager told me not to call out the liars in the store I decided I’ll leave a review since she actually is the one that suggested it to me so I went into the store to return an item for a price adjustment keep in mind if they didn’t want to give it I could have always returned the item and got my money back we members can do so as long as it’s in store condition with tags so when I walked in I let the lady in the front know the situation she said we prob can’t do it at that point I’m going to the front when I turn back I see her radioing someone basically to let them know don’t do it so I asked her why she did that n why I could not just explain my self to them she said sorry I said is there a manager n the store she said NO no manager in the store today come back another day I go to the front only to know the manger was working this definitely deserve’s a call to Headoffice and the staff definitely needs to be talked to it’s pretty sad and pathetic I shop there for my wife all the time after this experience I will never go back to this location again. Out of respect I won’t mention the manager and the other ladies name on here but I’ll definitely inform head office CRU 3540, 650 West 41st Avenue, Vancouver

  This new store at Oakridge Park is clean, well organized and has great team members. We have visited three times since opening and the staff are very helpful. Yesterday we were in with our niece looking for some pants and the staff were again great, shout out to Abby who was extremely helpful, patient and friendly with our many questions. She provided some great options and made our family feel very welcome. Thank you!

  Harp assisted me in the fitting room, and she was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. She gave me honest feedback on how different items fit, which I really appreciated. Her genuine recommendations made shopping so much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, I had an excellent experience thanks to Harp’s outstanding customer service!

  Great location, nice layout and friendly staff. The fitting rooms are spotless with good lighting, lots of space for your items and have tonnes of mirrors to see the fit from every angle. What really impressed me was that they have wireless chargers for your phones in the fitting room! Unexpected perk while shopping.

  The worker was helpful when we asked if there are other colors available in a biker short. She quickly looked up what was available in the warehouse (which can be delivered to the store within a week) or at other locations. The store is also neatly organized and the workers did not mind us walking around with our takeout containers, which was nice.
