  I usually don't leave reviews like this, but Nia, who was helping in fitting rooms, absolutely made my day. She was SO patient when I tried on and requested so many different items, and she gave me so much information about each item's sizing, fabric and available colours. She helped me figure out what colour tones look good on my skin and recommended outfits and colour combinations that I could do with the items I was trying on. On top of all that, she had the BEST energy and vibes ever. When I went to the store, I had just come from a really big event in my life, and I was shopping to relax a bit. She was so so so sweet and supportive, that I haven't been able to stop thinking about our interaction since, I've literally told everyone about it because I hope everyone knows how great she was. She deserves some recognition and I think she's a wonderful addition to the lululemon environment. I've never had such an interaction at any retail experience before, and she made a huge impact on my day. I'm extremely grateful for her kindness and personality.

  I visited Lululemon pacfic centre location because my jacket began pilling, and it is still covered under the two‑year quality promise. However, three different staff members gave me completely different explanations and excuses for why they could not resolve the issue. None of them were willing to help, and the inconsistency in their answers was extremely frustrating. I later went to the Robson location, and they resolved the problem immediately without any hesitation. I am genuinely shocked by how drastically the level of customer service varies between stores. The experience at the first location was disappointing and unacceptable, especially compared to the efficient and professional service I received at Lululemon Robson location.

  Having recently visited three lululemon locations in Vancouver, I would rate this store as an overall "OK" experience. It has some major wins, but a couple of trade-offs depending on how you shop. The Layout & Atmosphere: Unlike some of the darker, more claustrophobic locations, this store features a bright, spacious, and open-concept layout that makes browsing much more pleasant. The Inventory: The stock here is fantastic. I don't think I've ever visited and failed to find the size I was looking for and they have great variety. The Service: The staff are friendly and will generally acknowledge you if you look like you're lingering or unsure of what you need. The Catch: Despite the great stock and welcoming environment, this location isn't the best if you have detailed product inquiries or need help figuring out what you want. While staff will say hello, getting in-depth guidance or helpful direction can be a challenge. Verdict: If you already know what you want, this is a great store because your size is likely in stock. If you need help choosing or exploring options, you might find the assistance lacking.

  Just got out of this store and couldn't let the time pass to put the review on. What an incredible purchase I had with the help of Walter showing me the quality of the products, their depth thinking when designing and the material used. Followed by Caity who helped me finding the product and Ly finalised the purchase at the counter with maximum energy, effort and caring to make sure I am happy. Truly a different level of service. Wish them all luck.
