- GSGY SAug 15, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with the cashiers at this location. It felt as though staff lacked basic customer service training. I noticed a lack of basic courtesy with no greeting and no "thank you." Instead of handing the receipt to me directly as is standard, it was just put onto the counter without a word, leaving a strong impression of racial discrimination. Having experienced great service at the Toronto stores, this Vancouver location as well as the other downtown branch falls far short. Management seriously needs to address this issue and improve staff training.
