- WSWilly SamjotAug 27, 20261.0⭐️ 1 Star I bought a pair of shorts at lululemon Tsawwassen Mills about 2 months ago, and they ripped this week. When I bought them, the lady at the front counter told me to make an account so that if they ever ripped, I could get them replaced under warranty. Today I came in after work, only to be told that this location doesn’t do warranties because it affects their sales numbers, and that I have to go to another lululemon. I asked if this policy was posted anywhere, and the cashier and another employee laughed at me and said, “What don’t you understand?” The customer service was extremely disappointing. This location was honestly much better before they moved.
- HGHarshad GoreAug 20, 20261.0I am a significant consistent Lululemon buyer and absolutely love the products. This 1 star is only for 1 thing I found it more annoying and just waste of time and that is mismatching prices with offers and prices tags. Most of the products price dont match with actual tags so you literally have to look for associate to know actual price. And it doesnt even sometimes match if you scan code using your app on phone. So the actual price is only on associates gadget.
