- HGHarshad Gore3 days ago1.0I am a significant consistent Lululemon buyer and absolutely love the products. This 1 star is only for 1 thing I found it more annoying and just waste of time and that is mismatching prices with offers and prices tags. Most of the products price dont match with actual tags so you literally have to look for associate to know actual price. And it doesnt even sometimes match if you scan code using your app on phone. So the actual price is only on associates gadget.

Customer service from Sandy and Elijah was exceptional, in addition to the other team members on the sales floor today (didn’t catch their names). We spent a good hour talking and trying on. Working in retail I often find customer service frustrating- between disengaged staff or just disingenuous. But here, hats off … the staff in this store seemed genuinely engaged and happy to help offer the best suggestions for our needs, we left happy with a bag of Lululemon goodies! Thansk team, keep doing what you’re doing!

Basically if you found a pants you'd be hard pressed to find the matching shirt to complete the set unless your va XXL or xs. I would rather pay full price online and get my sizes correct.. Also its pointless to go here unless you really need to try the item on. But Lululemon fits are the same,so ordering from the we made too much options online save you the hassle of searching in person. Plus its delivered free to your door. Attendants had no idea of what they had in inventory. I looked up my items and had to show them it was in stock from the lululemon website.

A consumer buys atlst 100$ worth of stuff at this store and they want you to pay 2$ for a carry out bag. Is there no respect left for a consumer?
