  Of the three lululemon locations I frequent in Vancouver, this is probably the one I visited the most, though it is ultimately a mixed bag. The Atmosphere: If you are shopping the men's section, the environment is its biggest strength. It is laid-back, well-organized, and refreshingly quiet compared to busier stores. If you prefer to browse unhurried and without the chaos of a high-traffic location, this peaceful setup is fantastic. The Service: Unfortunately, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. While the team used to be top-notch and knowledgeable a few years ago, staff now seem to actively keep their distance. You will need to go in knowing exactly what you want, be proactive, and spell your requests out in detail if you need assistance. The Inventory: Popular sizes—such as Medium for tops or 32W for pants—frequently run out of stock due to high local demand. If you need a popular item immediately, you will often find yourself having to head to the downtown location instead. Verdict: This location is great if you want a quiet, low-stress browse and already know your gear. However, if you need product guidance or specific sizing, you may want to look elsewhere.

  I’ve always liked Lululemon and have had good experiences with the brand overall, but unfortunately my experience at the West 4th location was a little disappointing. The staff NOT friendly, I felt the customer service could have been more helpful and understanding regarding an issue I had with the material of one of my items. For a premium brand like Lululemon, I expected a bit more attention and flexibility when dealing with a product quality concern. Hopefully, the store can improve in this area, because I genuinely like the brand and would like to continue shopping there.

  Because of the degrade in the products that are being made compared to the past, the zipper on a raincoat did not last long. Upon trying to get assistance I can see why the staff members get such horrible reviews as well as the poor quality of the products. Trying to get ahold by phone or email will get you nowhere with this company! Why can they not fix a simple zipper in over a season of time??! Seriously, one should have high expectations met with a positive attitude when the product is faulty and needing to be fixed. They should have to read all the nice little quotes on their bags and learn to treat their customers with kindness. There are way too many options these days that are better quality and service. Time to try them out.
