  This is not a review for Lululemon as a company nor the products, but for this specific location. I was browsing for a gift while travelling and the staff members here were all extremely welcoming and helpful. I was only in the store for 15-20 mins but no less than 5 people came up to me offering help; everyone was super warm and I can't recall another store where I have had this experience throughout my trip (or even back home in NYC). Kudos to the staff here and thanks for making the shopping experience so positive!

  Having visited three lululemon locations in Vancouver, this store is a major trade-off: fantastic for product advice, but a overwhelming shopping experience. The Inventory: Stock-wise, this store actually holds a slight edge over 4th Ave, with better availability for popular items and high-demand sizes. The Staff: The team here is a standout. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, and if they don't know the answer right away, they will go to great lengths to find it. This makes it a great destination if you need guidance and aren't quite sure what you want. The Atmosphere: Unfortunately, the physical shopping experience isn't amazing. It is consistently a bit overwhelming, busy, and kind of feels like a crowded location. The Service Bottleneck: Even though the staff in the men's section are eager to help, they are often stretched thin juggling multiple customers at once. Between the busyness and the wait times for assistance, a visit may not be worth it. Verdict: Knowledgeable staff, but the busiest location. If you need expert product advice, it's worth it; otherwise, you might want to consider another store.

  I’ve been to this Lulu twice now and I would recommend going to any other location. The staff constantly are not educated on their own policies (regarding gift cards and or returns). I had a staff tell me I “could only use 2 gift cards at a time”. I’m not sure if this was just laziness or what but had to find another staff to do it for me. Took about 20 min. Today I went in to exchange the size of pants that my dad had purchased for me. They said they would not without proof of our however at the lulu on 4th they did immediately. Just avoid this location. Other lulus are educated and way friendlier.

  Up until now, I’ve always loved Lululemon and it has been my go-to brand for both sports and casual clothes. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. I ordered two different 3-packs in Size M (InvisiWear Mid-Rise Boyshort and UnderEase High-Rise Bikini. The UnderEase pair fit fine, but the InvisiWear pack ran noticeably smaller despite being the exact same size. Furthermore, my online order details clearly state "Eligible to return in-store for credit" under both final sale items, and I've received gift card credit for final sale returns in the past. Being refused a return or store credit after opening the pack just to verify the fit is frustrating and misleading.
