  The Helly Hansen store in Vancouver. The customer service was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The assistant manager was soo rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. I had a simple request to return my jacket about instead of assisting, I was met with attitude and zero effort. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism — employees were standing around chatting while customers were waiting for help. I felt completely ignored and unwelcome the entire time I was there. For a brand that markets itself as premium, the in-store experience was shockingly poor. I will definitely not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone expecting decent customer service.

The jackets are well made, durable, and perform well in rainy Vancouver weather. In terms of style, the designs are more functional than fashionable. They are not the most stylish compared to other brands, but they get the job done. The store itself is clean and organized, and staff are generally helpful if you need assistance.

  the store is very organize and clean, customer service is amazing a huge thanks for JARVIS R, he went above and beyond, he understood what i want and need, and help me to find it, also being very pacient and helpful the pants looks great, i can wait to use them next season
