  I had a horrible and extremely disappointing experience here. My sister purchased a necklace for me as a graduation gift. At the time of purchase, she specifically explained to the sales associate that she would not be giving me the necklace for approximately three weeks and that she was unsure whether I would like it. She directly expressed her concern about whether I would still be able to return or exchange it if it wasn’t something I would wear. The sales associate reassured her that if I didn’t like the necklace, we could bring it back and they would “work something out.” She even provided my sister with her phone number. Fast forward to when I received the gift. I didn’t like the necklace, so my sister immediately messaged the sales associate as previously discussed. She received no response. At this point, it had been 34 days since the original purchase, but I had only actually received the necklace on the 33rd day. I then called the store, explained the entire situation, including exactly how many days had passed since the purchase, and was told that I needed to physically come into the store and that they would process the return. Based on what I was told over the phone, I drove all the way to Vancouver specifically for this purpose. Once I arrived, they completely refused to honour the return. I was told that it was outside their return timeframe and that there was absolutely nothing they could do no return, no exchange, no store credit, and no alternative solution whatsoever. I explained everything that had previously been communicated to my sister at the time of purchase, as well as what I had been told over the phone before making the drive to Vancouver. Unfortunately, none of it seemed to matter. What is most upsetting is not simply the return policy. Had my sister been clearly told at the time of purchase that there would be no flexibility after the return period, she could have made an informed decision about whether to purchase the necklace. Instead, she was reassured that they would work with us, only for those assurances to mean nothing afterward. I would be extremely cautious about relying on verbal promises made by the sales associates here. In my experience, what was communicated during the sale was not honoured afterward. What was supposed to be a meaningful graduation gift has now turned into an incredibly disappointing experience, and I am left with an expensive necklace that I will never wear. Had the store simply been honest and transparent from the beginning, this would have been a completely different experience.

  Been here a few times and the staff are great. I highly recommend Jo and Irena. Interactions have been professional and helpful, and they’ve always been prompt with any inquiries we had - no matter how annoying we were. I’m super shy, but staff/management do make an effort to be welcoming.
