  Very disappointing customer service from Dior. My Dior glasses developed an issue after very little use. The temples became curved, so the glasses no longer fit properly on my face and kept falling off. For a Dior product, especially at this price point, I expected much better. I contacted Dior Customer Service and was told to make an appointment at the Dior boutique downtown because an expert would examine the glasses. I drove almost 50 minutes from home for this appointment. However, when I arrived, the person who came to look at my glasses did not properly assess the issue at all. They simply took the glasses in their hand, looked at them for a moment, and that was it. They did not even ask me to put the glasses on so they could see how they fit on my face or why they kept falling off. There was no proper expert assessment whatsoever. I was then simply told that Dior does not handle repairs and that I should take the glasses to an optical store. This was completely different from what Customer Service had told me when they made the appointment. I even said that I was willing to pay for the repair myself. They could tighten or replace the screw, or do whatever was necessary to restore the glasses to their original condition. I simply wanted to be able to use them again. If Customer Service had told me from the beginning that Dior could not do anything about the issue, I would never have made the appointment or driven 50 minutes. They completely wasted my time. My experience has been that Dior has created a luxury storefront for itself, but when something goes wrong with its products, there is very little actual support. They talk about warranty and after-sales service, but in my experience, no real solution was offered. I have been a loyal Dior customer for years and own several pairs of Dior glasses. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my view of the brand. After this experience, I have no desire to purchase Dior glasses again.

  Had a great experience at Dior Vancouver. Samaira was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire visit. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided thoughtful recommendations without being pushy. The customer service was exceptional, and I genuinely felt welcomed and valued as a customer. They made the whole shopping experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best in-store experiences I’ve had. Dior Vancouver is lucky to have such a great sales associate who represents the brand so well. Highly recommend!

  Lucy helped us today with great patience and a wonderful attitude. She was friendly, attentive, and made our experience enjoyable. We had a great experience with her and truly appreciate her excellent customer service.

  I had an amazing experience at Dior Vancouver location! Rita Wang gave an 11/10 luxury store customer service experience! She was very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us! I told her which bag I am interested in purchasing and she immediately grab the bag I wanted with in multiple colors and multiple sizes. Not only that, she also gave us the history about the store, the bag I picked which was Lady Dior, and happily showed us other bags I might be interested in! She also offered me and my mother in law some drinks, she even sent me with a mini bottle of champagne before we left the store since I cannot drink alcohol because I am pregnant. I came in an hour before the closing time, and was probably at the store about 2 hours passed their closing time due to my bank declining the transaction because I was in another country, but Rita was very patient with us, she made us feel very comfortable! Overall an amazing experience! Will definitely come back to this store!

  Lovely experience at the DIOR boutique in the Fairmont Vancouver Hotel. The staff were warm, professional, and happy to answer all my questions.Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the salesperson’s name, but I truly appreciated their help. Thank you for the excellent service.
