  We visited on July 25, 2026. There was one couple waiting ahead of us, and after we’d been waiting for about 10 minutes, a Dior male representative called them inside and told us to move to the side of the door in a very rude manner. It felt disrespectful, especially because of the way it was said. We left and visited Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton instead, where every staff member was welcoming and professional. When we came back later, there was a much larger line standing in the middle of the entrance, yet no one was asked to move aside. That inconsistency made the experience feel unfair. I hope Dior trains its staff to treat every customer with the same level of courtesy and respect, regardless of who they are.

  The store looks stunning! My friend and I came today just to check out the new location and we met a very kind Romanian staff member who demonstrated excellent customer service. We didn’t buy anything today but she still engaged in a fun conversation with us. She is very heartwarming to talk to. Props to the managing team for hiring her!

  Bad experience. There were only about 10 people in the store, but we were still asked to wait for 20 minutes. The whole process felt disorganized and poorly managed.

  Great experience at Dior Oakridge. The new store is stunning and feels just like a Dior boutique in Paris. Picked up a wallet and received top-notch service from start to finish. Super friendly and enjoyable. Highly recommend to book appointment on weekend!
