Very disappointing experience at David Yurman’s Oakridge location. I’m an existing customer and was wearing my David Yurman bracelet when I stopped by to explore other bracelet styles for another purchase. Despite this, the service was cold and unprofessional. My greeting and goodbye went unanswered, and the staff member barely responded when I tried to discuss the products. The security guard was also focused on his phone and ignored my goodbye. Basic courtesy and attentive service shouldn’t be too much to expect, especially from a luxury brand.

Susan helped me with my first DY purchase. She is lovely to deal with, super helpful and easy to reach via text. They did not have my ring size in stock but it was ordered and arrived in a couple of days. The whole team is great.

First visit to DY located at Oakridge Park mall. Wow, very impressive and the staff were professional, talkative and engaging. It's a large store not sure it's in the best location? Concierge steered me in the right direction. DY you never disappoint.
