  Exceptional service from start to finish! I live out of town and was having trouble ordering a pair of shoes online, so I decided to call the Vancouver Oakridge boutique directly. From the very first conversation, the team was incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to sort everything out, including coordinating with their head office to arrange shipping. They kept me updated throughout the process via text, sent photos and videos of the shoes, and made sure everything arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. A special thank you to Ally, who has been absolutely phenomenal! Her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and dedication to customer service really stood out. Thank you to Curtis as well for his help. It’s rare to come across this level of personalized service, especially when shopping remotely. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. Looking forward to visiting the boutique in person next time! Highly recommend!

  I went to Christian louboutin at oakridge park and had an absolutely wonderful 5 star experience. I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes and a bag. The staff there is amazing, I had the pleasure of being help by a lady named Tuba. She is definitely an asset to this store and brand. After my visit I received a parking ticket in the garage of oakridge park however Tuba and the team at Louboutin took care of it for me 🥰 I will definitely be going back to this location to shop again and would recommend it over all the other location as the service there is far superior to other location.

  I had a wonderful shopping experience at Christian Louboutin Oakridge Park, and I can’t recommend this boutique enough. Nicole, the Store Coordinator, provided truly exceptional service from the moment I walked in. She was incredibly patient, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions with great knowledge, and never made me feel rushed. Her genuine passion for the brand and commitment to customer service made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. What impressed me most was Nicole’s attention to detail and her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I found the perfect pair. She made me feel valued as a customer, and her warm, welcoming attitude turned what could have been a simple shopping trip into a memorable luxury experience. The boutique itself is beautiful, well-organized, and has a great selection. Combined with Nicole’s outstanding service, it’s easily one of the best luxury retail experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend visiting this store, and if you have the chance to work with Nicole, you’re in excellent hands. I will definitely be coming back for my next pair of Louboutins!
