  Such a pleasant experience and beautiful store, the presentation and customer service were 10/10! The staff were knowledgeable, polite and patient. I’d recommend visiting even just for a pleasant browsing experience!

  The customer service was truly impeccable, but what made my visit unforgettable was the Boutique Manager. He is exceptionally professional, genuinely kind, and a true expert in his craft. His attention to detail, deep product knowledge, and intuitive understanding of luxury service are remarkable. Every interaction felt effortless, warm, and highly personalized. What started as a simple visit became a truly memorable experience thanks to his outstanding hospitality and dedication to excellence. He made me feel genuinely valued, and his passion for delivering world class service was evident in every moment. This is the level of VIP luxury retail experience that sets a boutique apart. My sincere thanks to the entire team, and especially to the Boutique Manager, for creating such an elegant, welcoming, and unforgettable experience. I look forward to returning.

  I had a wonderful shopping experience at Christian Louboutin Oakridge Park, and I can’t recommend this boutique enough. Nicole, the Store Coordinator, provided truly exceptional service from the moment I walked in. She was incredibly patient, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions with great knowledge, and never made me feel rushed. Her genuine passion for the brand and commitment to customer service made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. What impressed me most was Nicole’s attention to detail and her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I found the perfect pair. She made me feel valued as a customer, and her warm, welcoming attitude turned what could have been a simple shopping trip into a memorable luxury experience. The boutique itself is beautiful, well-organized, and has a great selection. Combined with Nicole’s outstanding service, it’s easily one of the best luxury retail experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend visiting this store, and if you have the chance to work with Nicole, you’re in excellent hands. I will definitely be coming back for my next pair of Louboutins!

  I would give this location a 0 star if I could. Save yourself time and don’t shop at this location. The associates are not trained properly, they provide incorrect information and make false promises. Also they have one store manager who is not always at the store and doesn’t pick up his phone when an issue arises that requires his approval. The associates also give themselves random names like “store coordinator” and try to act like they’re the manager but at the end of the day they don’t have authority to approve anything. Save yourself time and skip this location, at least until they’re experienced enough to learn how to run a store properly. I would definitely not recommend Nicole to anyone based on my experience.
