I was debating between CL and another beautiful brand but Ozzy's incredible knowledge and fantastic customer service sealed it for me. I ended up with a pair of Miss Z shoes, which weren't even on my radar, and they have turned out to be the perfect fit and height for what I needed. Thank you Ozzy!

I was here today with my friend for 40 minutes trying to purchase a pair of shoes. We came in and asked for our sizes which took 10 minutes to be brought to us. After we tried them on we decided they were too small and we needed to size up, after a while she finally came and checked on us and went to grab us a new size. After those didn’t fit we were trying to get her attention to size up again, but at this point her and her coworker were whispering and mocking us at the front desk. When she came up to us we informed her they were again too small and if there was anyway she could grab another size, she ended up bringing me a size smaller and then completely forgot to even bring my friends shoes. We sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for her to come over with these shoes but she was too busy chatting with other customers who were clearly more important to her. We were still going to purchase these shoes at the end but apparently they didn’t have them in stock and said they couldn’t be ordered. We ended up leaving without purchasing anything and as a customer of Holts for a few years now, this makes us not wanna come back and give them our business. These people clearly should not be in customer service if this is how they treat their customers wanting to spend over 1k on shoes.
