  Definitely one of the most underwhelming designer shopping I have ever experienced. I have purchased many times from Holt Renfrew but the experience at Chanel was one of the worst experiences in designer shopping. staff didn't make the expense pleasant which is a shame because many people shop designer items to enjoy the shopping experience as well as the product itself.

  They are some of the rudest most laziest staffs i have ever witness. And they think it’s cool 🙂 a bunch of grown adults acting superior like we owe them something. The worst Chanel store for sure. But the security were kind i’ll give them that.

  Offered to ship a bag for me by the end of the day, made me wait about 10 hours and then was told that the bag is sold out. The lack of flexibility and client-centric actions really gets in the way of the Chanel experience. As a second generation 20+ year Chanel client, the disregard for client time and willingness to give good experiences is astonishing.

  My only complaint is it's too small. Love this place, but would love to have more selections if their incredible goodies. Staff is amazing, location is perfect. You must ship here if you want quality
